This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection in conducting survey and demarcate petitioner landed property comprised in Survey Nos.704/3C, 706/2B, 709/2A relating to the petitioner's landed property situated at Palapatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 20.01.2026 and for other reliefs as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct the survey with police protection extended by the second respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the objectors, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
