petitioner's vehicle, namely JCB, bearing registration No. TN-55-BZ3438 to the petitioner forthwith. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MS.Jeyakarthik for the Petitioner and M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has arranged a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and now, she is ready to deposit the same.

2.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, as earlier directed by this Court in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.790 of 2021, dated 02.11.2021, on or before 03.03.2022 and no further extension will be granted.

3.This petition is allowed.
