O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.12.2023 and to dispose the same.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation to the first respondent on 08.12.2023, seeking to survey and demarcate four boundaries in S.F.No.551/68 in Patta No.462 situated at Puthur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
