PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 in common pathway in survey No.472/109 with an extent of 0.01.25.0 hectares common Pathway situated at Sathiya Nagar Colony Srivilliputtur and Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the representation dated 19.07.2024.

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 in common pathway in survey No.472/109 at Sathiya Nagar Colony Srivilliputtur and Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the representation dated 19.07.2024.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in the subject property the encroachers are already evicted and therefore, no further consideration is required.

3.Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
