This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Page No. 1 of 4
respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, one Mr.Balakumar was introduced by his sister in law who requested him to arrange money for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-. He also arranged through his relative one Azhagurani for interest and the said Balakumar received a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- from his bank account. Thereafter, a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- was transferred from his bank account to the bank account of the wife of Balakumar. Upto May 2024, he paid interest and thereafter, he stopped to pay interest. Therefore, he requested him to repay the principal amount of Rs.14,50,000/-, but he failed to repay the amount. Thereafter, on 02.09.2024, he lodged a complaint to the second respondent to take suitable action to get back the money, but no action was taken. Hence, he this petition to consider the representation dated 02.09.2024.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry within two weeks.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), it is appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2024, within a week from the date of this Order. Accordingly ordered.
6. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
