ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take necessary and appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner's dated 13.01.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents have already informed the petitioner, by way of a letter, that a suit is pending before the trial Court. It was further submitted that the respondents have not interfered in the matter and have advised the petitioner to abide by the orders of the trial Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026, issue summons to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, and conduct an enquiry. If any criminal offence is found to have been committed, appropriate action shall be taken against respondents 4 and 5 in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No Costs.
