ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.

1 & 2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC r/w under Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition for Women Harassment Act in Crime No.142 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that this Court dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21278 of 2015 on the ground that the injured was in hospital and now it is submitted that injured has already been discharged from the hospital and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 3.It is also submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.
