RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22894 of 2015 dated 3.12.2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners were complying with the condition from 17.12.2015 to 22.12.2015 and subsequently, they have not appeared before the respondent police and thereafter, they have appeared before the respondent police from 08.01.2016.
2. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioners are not complying the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
