RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS Common Prayer:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in CRL OP(MD)Nos.5312 and 5313 of 2017, dated 03/05/2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for 22 days.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to Ramjan festival and their avocation, the petitioners could not appear before the respondent police daily and hence, the condition may be modified.

4.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.These petitions are, accordingly ordered.
