The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the respondents 2 to 4 with the first respondent was registered in Current Petition No.N4/2374/48/SPL/2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to follow the guidelines https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
