O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.12.2014, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, by this Court, vide order, dated 26.11.2015. Before the Mediation, on 03.03.2016, both sides arrived at a settlement and the terms and conditions of the agreement are as follows:- "1.The settlement agreement is entered between the petitioner and her father-in-law namely Maideen Abdul khader.

2. the petitioner agrees to receive the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as one time settlement towards maintenance. The Father-in-law of the petitioner namely Maideen Abdul Khader agrees to return all the utensils and belongings to the petitioner.

3.The petitioner consents for Divorce, and the petitioner and her husband namely Mohammed Idris are at liberty to Marry of their respective choice. The petitioner agrees to withdraw the Crl OP(MD) No.22318 of 2015 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court. There shall not be any claim against each other at any point of time in future."
