The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 09.10.2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, made in I.A.No.586 of 2017 in O.S.No.265 of 2006 and dismissing the said I.A. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute in this matter has been settled out of the Court between the parties and there is nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and filed a memo in this regard.
