ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to provide adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner in accordance with law from the threat of the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent, who was the erstwhile Headmaster of Muthukulam Nehru Middle School, was suspended by the Committee and the same was approved by the District Educational Office, however, he was interfering with the day to day administration of the School and also threatening the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner preferred a complaint dated 21.01.2023 before the second respondent. He would further submit that based on the complaint, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and the third respondent gave a statement that he will not enter the School premises. Subsequent to that, the third respondent has again trespassed into the School and abused the petitioner in filthy language. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is now pending before the second respondent. 4.In view of the above said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
