ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.
2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that one Barnala lodged a complaint with the second respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.9 of 2021 of District Crime Branch Police Station, Thanjavur for an offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
