ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to C.C No. 217 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far six witnesses have been examined but they have not been cross examined.

3. Without cross examination of witnesses, this petitioner is seeking quashment of C.C.N.217 of 2014. Since the offences under 324 IPC, case must be tried on its logical conclusion. Since already trial is commenced, I find no reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 10.03.2023 NCC :
