O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.10.2015 before the 1st respondent and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent concerned is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
