This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Tha.A.Po/Kumba/MaVaMe/275/2024 dated 31.12.2024 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Tha/Po/Kumba/Ka Ma/Pa Pi - Pi1/68/2025 dated 07.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
