2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2015 on the file of the learned Distirct Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai District, was dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
