2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 06.06.2017.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
