ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner / 1st defendant seeking to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.224 of 2010. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / 1st defendant would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed for default by the Court below and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present civil revision petition.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
