Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- On a perusal of records, it is seen that anticipatory bail was granted directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No. 3 of 2016 and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which the anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. It is admitted that the petitioner failed to comply with the condition imposed in the said order. The order copy was made ready on 30.12.2016 and was delivered to the petitioner on the same day. The present petition is filed on 10.01.2017 and hence, the petition is in time.
2. Considering the reasons assigned in the petition filed for extension of time, this Court is inclined to extend 3 weeks time from the date of which the order copy is made ready to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
