O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the sale deed based on the sale agreement registered in Doc.No.155 of 2026, dated 21.01.2026 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the sale agreement was registered in Doc.No.155 of 2025, dated 21.01.2026, the respondent refused to register the sale deed. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that if any sale deed is presented for registration, the same will be registered in accordance with law. 2/4

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to present the sale deed before the respondent for registration. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to register the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that if any sale deed is registered, the said sale will be subject to the outcome of the partition suit.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
