The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to quash the proceedings in Crime No.22 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police, as against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that already charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thanjavur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
