(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) Even though a larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 15.11.2024 comprised in S.No.17/1 Pudukulam Bit-III Village, Tirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District and consequently, to direct the first and third respondents, to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 8 and 9 and direct the fifth respondent to disconnect the Electricity connection No.05-144-011-1611 issued to the eight respondent Metal Container, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and 29.11.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a time frame.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents 7 to 9 is dispensed with.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of in accordance with law within a time frame. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and 29.11.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 8 and 9 and other persons, who may be affected with the final decision to be taken on the said representations, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
