O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action to rectify and remove the wrong entry in the encumbrance book maintained by the third respondent, with regard to the Survey No.202/3, Adiyanuthu Revenue Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that for rectification of the wrong entry in the encumbrance book, the 2/5
petitioner had already given a representation to the respondents on 15.11.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
