ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 380 I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on 26.11.2015, when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for interrogation for a period of two weeks.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, a case in Crime No.65 of 2016, has been registered, under Sections 407, 420 r/w 380 I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
