This writ petition came up for consideration before this Court on 04.04.2025. On that day, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the Proprietor of the petitioner firm is no more and hence, the matter was adjourned at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner for taking

steps. Thereafter, the matter was listed again on 28.04.2025. However, as there was no representation, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.04.2025. Accordingly, the matter was listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.04.2025. Even on 29.04.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is listed today finally.

2. Today also in spite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In the light of the above, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
