S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner, vide order dated 29.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at that time of passing order, this Court imposed condition upon the petitioner to pay as sum of Rs.20,000/-, but it is wrongly typed as Rs.50,000/-. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the Environmental Committee operated by the Registrar (Judicial). Further two weeks time is extended to comply the above said condition.
