The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in C.M.P. (MD)No.18496 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD)No.1717 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 for further period of six weeks.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either sides. 1/3

3. Considering the submission made on either side, time is extended till 11.03.2025, to comply with the order dated 02.01.2025 in C.M.P.(MD)No.18496 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD)No.1717 of 2024. Failing which, order of interim stay already granted shall stand vacated automatically without any reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Post the case on 11.03.2025.
