ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate to him with regard to his missing sale deed. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Non-Traceable Certificate is made ready by the second respondent and that the petitioner did not go over to the police station to receive the Non-Traceable Certificate. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to receive the NonTraceable Certificate from the Inspector of Police, Thachanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli.
