ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL SANKARA NATHA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1380 days in representing the civil revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Dispensary attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
