This petition has been filed to direct first respondent to comply with the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Crl MP No. 758/2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and the closure report was also sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
