This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent made in Moo.Mu.3539104/2025/J1, dated 14.07.2025 and to issue revenue patta in respect of 66 cents and assignment patta in respect of 36 cents in S.No.33/4, situates in Kusavakundu Village, South Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the fifth respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, including issuing notice to the petitioner, owners of adjoining lands and considering any objections from them. The fifth respondent is also directed to provide a reasonable opportunity at such 3/6
