This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.

19091 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since they are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.19091 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 30.10.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated. No further extension of time will be granted.
