PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the fifth respondent to depute some other official in the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police to play the role of the Superintendence over the investigation in Crime No. 516 of 2014 on the file of the seventh respondent in lieu of the sixth respondent.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the fifth respondent to depute some other official in the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police to monitor the investigation in Crime No. 516 of 2014 on the file of the seventh respondent in lieu of the sixth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case in Crime No.516 of 2014 on the file of the seventh respondent is transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Karur.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court deems it fit to directs the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Karur to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
