ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the third and fourth respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2021.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and that since it is a money dispute, the parties were advised to approach the civil Court and the enquiry was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
