ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed seeking punishment to the respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16597 of 2019, dated 14.11.2019, thereby directed the second respondent to complete the investigation, after examining the petitioner as well as the other witnesses to the occurrence and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Cont.P.(MD)No.387 of 2022 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the final report has been filed on 27.07.2020 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 3.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
