RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl.OP(MD).55/2022 dt.5/1/2022 in so far as the petitioners should deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Sivagangai.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.55 of 2022, dated 05.01.2022 so far as the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Sivagangai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first and second petitioners are College going students and now, the second petitioner is studying B.Sc., Geology at Alagappa University. The third petitioner is an orphan and he is working as daily wages.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court, dated 05.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the condition imposed on the petitioners 1 and 2 in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 05.01.2022 shall stand cancelled and the third petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Sivagangai. The petitioners 1 to 3 shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days (every Sunday) at 10.30 a.m until further orders and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
