The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, since only the Honourable Supreme Court and High Courts in its extra-ordinary jurisdiction can issue directions to the Central Bureau of Investigation to register cases, otherwise than as provided under the Special Police Establishment Act.
2. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
