ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying to direct the 1st respondent to take action under section 145 of Cr.P.C, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated on 27.10.2015.

3. Without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 27.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
