RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 267 days in representing the writ petition, and permit the petitioner to get along with the main writ petition. PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.SR37875 of 2017:- to issue a 'WRIT OF CERTIOARARI' or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in TIN No.33335120734/2015-16 dated 26.04.2017 and quash the same as illegal, against the Principles of Natural Justice and unsustainable and pass such further other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 267 days in representing the Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 267 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4. The amount deposited can be used for the purpose of infrastructure facilities for the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
