(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner claims to be aggrieved by certain directions issued by the Division Bench in the order dated 11.12.2020. 2.

Though Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel for the review petitioner would contend that the petitioner which is an association of the temple employees, was not heard before the directions were issued and therefore, they are entitled to be heard, it is brought to our notice that pursuant to the judgment, service conditions were amended and challenge to the said amendment failed. We, therefore, see no reason to entertain the review application.

Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
