Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the interest of 6 percentage for the amount of Rs.23,64,698/- for the period from 30.04.2019 to 24.01.2021 on the light of the Writ petition orders by this Honble Court and consider petitioners representation dt 13.02.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in this circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.03.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.3918 of 2021.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission pursuant to the orders of this Court, 80% of the benefits due to the petitioner have been settled and the remaining benefits will be settled within a period of six weeks.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the contempt petition is closed. However, after settlement of the benefits, if any grievance exists regarding calculation or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority for redressal of his grievance in the manner known to law.
