ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 237 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C. Sr. (MD). No. 1857 of 2026 as against the order in Crl.M.P. No. 22592 of 2024, dt. 05.02.2025 in connection with D.V.O.P. No. 70 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thoothukudi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
