ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. It is not in dispute that as on date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. It is admitted that petition enquiry is pending. If at the end of enquiry, the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be put on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. CRL OP(MD). No.2689 of 2021 question of orally summoning the petitioner to the police station for enquiry. If the respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, only written summons will be issued.
