2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is studying III B.Sc., Physics in Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi and due to the condition imposed by this Court he is unable to attend the college and continue his studies. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.314 of 2021 on 05.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
