O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's lawful right to establish and to operate the crusher unit in Survey No.2232 situated at Palayam Village, Guziliamparai Taluk, 2/6
Dindigul District, and to permit the petitioner to transport the materials produced by the crusher in the vehicles without any hindrance.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation dated 22.01.2026, seeking not to interfere with the petitioner's lawful right to establish and to operate the crusher unit in Survey No.2232 situated at Palayam Village, Guziliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, and to permit the petitioner to transport the materials produced by the crusher in the vehicles without any hindrance. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2026 would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
