Respondents/Complainants PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the third respondent police to add the other two accused namely Loganathan and Joseph and include Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1293 of 2014 dated 18.11.2014 on the file of the third respondent police based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2014 and pass such other and further orders which this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of the case. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the third respondent police to add the other two accused namely Loganathan and Joseph and include Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1293 of 2014 dated 18.11.2014 on the file of the third respondent police based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the case has been registered on 18.11.2014 and if investigation reveals that the two persons namely, Loganathan and Joseph mentioned by the petitioner are culprits, their names will be included. It is further represented by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2014 will be taken into consideration at the time of investigation.

4.The above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who is appearing for the respondents, is recorded.

5. Even though the petitioner has approached this Court at premature stage, the petitioner need not apprehend any adverse report. Depending upon the outcome of the investigation, the names of the said accused persons will be included.

6. In view of the above, no further order is required and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
