2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a week, ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal or until further orders.
