PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action as per order passed by the Project Director, Ramanathapuram District in Na.Ka.No.R-11-414-2024, dated 22.11.2024 for seeking Ramanathapuram District Kadaladi Panchayat Union, Kidathirukkai Village Road, whether formation metal road on the private patta land owner prevent work to stop. After acquisition to form the Panchayat road by the above said scheme.
